Frequently Asked Questions

We service the entire Melbourne metropolitan area and are based in Melbourne’s south-east.

We can also serve areas outside of Melbourne to anywhere in Victoria however there may be an added cost depending on the distance involved (see the question on extra costs below).

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There may be additional charges with examples (but not limited to) as extra pick ups and drop offs, baby seats, special requests etc. Please call for clarification.

We can accept Visa and Mastercard in the vehicle, or for regular customers we can send an invoice in which you can either pay securely by card or direct credit.

The majority of our trips will be a fixed quote as advertised but there can be surcharges in the circumstances listed below:
  • All quotes are for a direct transfer, any extra pickups or drop-offs are charged at a minimum $5 on top of the normal fare. The extra charge will be based on the time and length of the detour involved but please call for a quote.  
  • We allow a 10 minute waiting time into the booking, however any delay beyond this is charged at $5 every five minutes after the ten minute grace period.
  • Trips outside the metropolitan area will have an added surcharge depending on time and distance involved, please call for a quote.
  • A request for a vehicle that is not a Holden Caprice such as a van or European luxury car may attract extra costs, please call for a quote.
We can negotiate a better price than the quote indicates for quiet and off peak times.
 
Examples include but not limited to 10AM to 3PM weekdays, or arrivals from airport between 6AM and 10AM (Monday and Tuesday), or departures from airport between 4PM and 7PM (Thursday and Friday).
 
These are not guaranteed but price can be lowered during these times. Of course, call or text for clarification.
